- 1. Subjet
This contract concerning the manufacturing and selling of hand-crafted jewels, is agreed between the seller (company GALLIERA CREATIONS, also known as « Gag&Lou » and a buyer (hereafter named the Customer), as part of an distance selling system.
- 2. The Seller
This offer is proposed under the designation « Gag&Lou » by the company Galliera Créations, LTD with a capital of 12 500€, registered at the RCS in Paris - RCS Paris 443 677 489 - Siret 443 677 489 0001 33 - intercommunity VAT n°FR31443677489 - 38, rue de Sévigné - 75003 - Tel : +33 9 66 12 66 01 - Fax : +33 1 42 78 46 70 - Cell : +33 6 07 28 28 57 - Gag&Lou © is a registered trademark.
- 3. The products
The products presented in the digital catalog are manufactured by the Galliera Créations workshops and are all exclusive designs which have been legally deposed.
The products are handcrafted, it is possible that they may have small irregularities and presentation differences.
Therefore, the sale’s validity can’t be called into question.
- 4. Pricelist and shipping costs
Those prices, established in euros, include taxes and are valid at the time of the order.
Packing and shipping costs are 5 euros for mainland France and Europe, 12 euros for other countries. Products are delivered by Colissimo or tracked letter.
In the case of tracked letters, drop-off proof is admissible.
Custom costs and other taxes are at the Customer’s responsibility.
- 5. Order validity
After checking the total content of an order and its detailed cost, the Seller will confirm it.
This confirmation will prevail as the contract.
Upon receipt of order, the Seller will send a confirmation receipt via email.
The order becomes effective upon the order’s reception.
- 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 121-20-2 of the Consommation Code, the withdrawal right can be exercised during 14 days upon the order. Gag&Lou has up to 14 days to credit back the amount of the order after the expressed withdrawal.
In the event of a personalized jewel order, no withdrawal right will be accepted.
- 7. Payment conditions
Payment is made fully at the order, without discount, in euros only, by credit card.
In case of payment incident, « Gag&Lou » reserves the right to suspend ongoing orders and to refuse to honour any new order until due amount of money is fully payed.
- 8. Order delivery
« Gag&Lou » commits, in case of accepted order, to sell and ship the chosen jewels to the address given by the client, within 10 days after reception of the complete and valid order.
In case of shipping outside of European Union, taxes and custom costs are supported by the Customer and will be asked at the delivery. In this case, an invoice is put inside the parcel and a copy of it is sent to the customer at the billing address.
- 9. Warranty
The customer benefits from the provisions of the legal warranty of latent defects. Jewels sold on the « Gag&Lou » website aren’t subject to any other complementary warranty from « Gag&Lou ».
- 10. Confidentiality
In accordance to current legislation, « Gag&Lou » commits to take every useful precaution in order to transmitted protect personal information datas from distortion, damage and to keep from transmitting them to unauthorized third party.
11. Force majeure / Emergency
Strikes, civil or foreign war, riots, terrorism acts, total or partial destructions of locations, transportation problems, supply problems, custom decisions of any nature and origin or any event that prevent or delay fully or partially « Gag&Lou »’s tasks are considered as force majeure cases and clear « Gag&Lou » from any obligation.
- 12. Scope of the agreement
Any online order nearby « Gag&Lou » leeds to an implicit acceptance without reservation of the present general terms.
Furthermore, the Customer declares being 18 years old or more and having legal capacity, or having an authorization from parents or guardianship allowing him to make an order on the website www.gagetlou.com or www.gagetlou.fr.
These general terms and conditions can potencially be completed by particular conditions, agreed between the 2 parties, before any trasaction with the Customer.

- 14. General Terms and Conditions update
The General Terms and Conditions are subject to changes at any time to adapt to institutional changes.
The new General Terms and Conditions are applied from the day of publication on our website gagetlou.fr or gagetlou.com.
- 15. Applicable law
According to the R.631-3 of the "Code de la consommation", the customer can get to one of the relevant juridictions for a procedure, being 1) the juridictions where the customer lived when the contract was made, or 2) the juridiction in which the harmful event happened.
